3/8/2011 - We love this winery. If you want a refreshing experience away from crowds, drunk bachelorette partyers and the like, try this winery out. The wine is excellent and the atmosphere
is very intimate and down to earth. Mary A. Via Yelp
2/20/2011 - $10 tasting, gorgeous views, and casual atmosphere. Skip the the crowded go-to wineries an take a new path. Melonie G. Via Yelp
1/27/11 - It only took 5yrs after living in So-Cal but my wife and I finally decided to visit the Temecula Wine Region. We hit a few of the larger wineries who seemed more interested in the size of their showroom than in the quality of their product. They were ok, but nothing special.
Fortunately we had not given up on finding something special to make our trip worthwhile. Our last stop was at Palumbo Family Vineyards (insert visual of the heavens parting and angels singing).
In many ways Palumbo reminded us of the wineries we loved from Niagara On The Lake, Ontario Canada. They have a focused idea about what they want to accomplish, and don't worry about the
"bells and whistles" that their competitors are preoccupied over.
If you are a red wine fan, and I mean big bold reds that look to showcase all that the varietals can (and should) be, then you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not come here. After our tasting, we signed up to their wine club, bought a case to take home with us, and are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. Scott A. Via Yelp
